We pack every SUNA wearable TENS device securely and ship with trusted couriers. All domestic shipments are insured until delivery at your address.
Standard Shipping: Orders are typically delivered within 5–8 business days across India.
Express Shipping: Available for select cities with delivery in 2–4 business days.
Free Shipping: Complimentary insured shipping on all domestic orders above ₹5,000 within India.
International delivery is available to select countries. Delivery timelines depend on customs clearance and local courier services.
2. Processing and Order Cancellation
Confirmed orders are inspected, packed, and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment verification. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you with the next available dispatch date.
Order Cancellation: You may request cancellation within 4 hours of placing your order. Once the item has been packed, customized, or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location, order value, and insurance coverage. Enjoy free insured delivery across India on all prepaid orders above ₹5,000. For orders below this value, standard courier charges may apply.
4. International Deliveries
We ship internationally to select countries with secure and insured delivery. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid at the time of delivery.
