Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship internationally to selected countries. Estimated timelines and charges
are shown at checkout. Customs duties, VAT/GST, and import taxes (if applicable)
are payable by the customer as per destination country rules.
Is my order insured during transit?
Yes. All shipments are sent via trusted couriers with transit insurance
until delivery is confirmed at your address.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Unopened devices are eligible if the retail seal/packaging is intact.
Defective on arrival (DOA): contact us within 48 hours with photos/video for troubleshooting and replacement/return.
For hygiene reasons, opened/used gel pads are not eligible for return unless defective on arrival.
How long will my refund take?
After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are initiated within
5–10 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
Can I get a replacement?
For DOA or confirmed manufacturing defects, we will arrange a replacement. Exchanges for a different model/variant are subject to stock and any price difference.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement provided
they have not been shipped or moved into production (for custom orders).
Once dispatched, cancellations aren’t possible; please refer to our return policy.
Is SUNA safe to use? Who shouldn’t use it?
SUNA uses TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) for drug‑free comfort. Do not use if you have a pacemaker or implanted device, are pregnant, have epilepsy, or if your clinician has advised against electrical stimulation. Always use as directed with approved gel pads.

Where should I place the gel pads?
Place pads on the lower abdomen or lower back where cramps are felt. Do not place on the head, chest, throat, or over broken/irritated skin. Start at a low intensity and increase gradually to comfort.
