Return & Refund Policy – SUNA
1. Return Policy
We want you to be comfortable with your SUNA wearable TENS device. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, subject to inspection. To protect hygiene and safety:
- Unopened device: Eligible for return/refund within 7 days if the retail seal/packaging is intact.
- Defective on arrival (DOA): If the device does not power on or is faulty out‑of‑box, contact us within 48 hours for troubleshooting and a replacement/return arrangement.
- Opened consumables: Used/opened gel pads (electrodes) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective on arrival.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify:
- Device must be in original condition with all accessories, cables, manuals, and packaging.
- Serial numbers/labels must be intact and not tampered.
- Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery (48 hours for DOA claims).
- Opened or used gel pads are not returnable except if defective on arrival.
3. Non‑Returnable Items
Not eligible for return/refund:
- Opened/used gel pads and other hygiene consumables (unless DOA).
- Items damaged due to misuse, unauthorised repairs/modifications, liquid or physical damage.
- Free gifts/bonus items bundled with promotions.
- Items beyond the specified return window.
4. How to Initiate & Refund Timelines
To start a return, write to info.jubatus@gmail.com with your order number, issue description, and clear photos/video (unboxing recommended for DOA).
- Inspection: On receiving the item, we perform a quality check. We will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds: Processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (bank/gateway dependent).
- Rejected returns: If the item fails inspection, it will be shipped back at your expense.
5. Replacement / Exchange
For DOA or confirmed defects, we will replace the device. Exchanges for different models/variants are subject to stock and any price difference.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If your package/device arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at info.jubatus@gmail.com with photos/videos (outer box, inner packing, product). We’ll troubleshoot and arrange replacement/refund as applicable.
7. Shipping Costs on Returns
Our responsibility: Defect/DOA/wrong item. Your responsibility: All other reasons (e.g., preference). We will share the correct return address and method; please do not send items without confirmation.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, please follow the return process after delivery. Pre‑paid cancellations (before dispatch) are refunded to the original payment method.
9. Policy Updates
We may update this policy as our products/services evolve. The latest version will always appear on this page with the effective date.
